Dancing explosion

In a display of how art doesn't always imitate life, it sometimes encourages it, dance classes are springing up all over the United States.
The popularity of shows like 'Dancing With The Stars' is not just restricted to the more mature audience. The biggest explosion of classes are with the 10-18 year olds.
One such class in Eugene, Oregon is focused on Ballroom dancing and the class had to be expanded to cope with the rush of registrations.
"It's not as intimidating as ballet, and it's applicable to social dancing," she said. "It's also welcoming to all kinds of personalities and body shapes."
For Anthony Joslin-Lemire, 15, learning to dance has been a way to meet people after moving here from Iowa two years ago. "It's helped me make friends," he said.
